Subject 2. CO2 and Climate Sensitivity
Contrasting with the first subject this is micro science, right down to the molecular level. To most people the five Lessons here are the crux of Climate Change and nothing else matters. But climate science still has a lot to say about many other factors, as you will learn here.
Lesson 9. Topics:
What is The Global Warming Potential (GWP)?, What Happens to GWP when CO2 Volume Changes, Methane: The Irrelevant Greenhouse Gas, The Exclusion of Water Vapour, Where's the Water Vapour? The Excuses, Why the Deception?, GWP Revised by including Gas Volumes & Water Vapour, Revised GWP Tables, Revisiting the Paris Agreement Target
Lesson Summary
The GWP is nothing but a blatant attempt by the IPCC to elevate CO2 and other minuscule trace gasses to a level of importance they far from deserve. The "Revised GWP Tables" section at the end shows the true likely increases in temperature from rises in the various Greenhouse gasses. You will be shocked to see how insignificant they are.
